About The Three Point Five

Driving Change and Engagement

The Three Point Five is built on a powerful idea: meaningful change doesn’t require everyone—it requires enough people who are informed, courageous, and committed.

Inspired by the 3.5% rule, our work focuses on developing small, passionate groups who are willing to think deeply, question assumptions, and take responsibility for the change they want to see. We believe that when a critical mass of people shifts how they think and lead, systems begin to move.

Our leadership workshops are designed to strengthen critical thinking, self-awareness, and collective responsibility. Participants are challenged to examine their own beliefs, interrupt automatic thinking, and engage in productive dialogue—especially when conversations are uncomfortable or complex.

We specialize in:

Meet the Team

Cheryl L. Jackson, PhD


Cheryl Jackson is a business consultant with a Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Cheryl has been working with Fortune 500 companies to help them thrive through the design of strategic Human Resources and Talent Management solutions. For 20 years, she has been supporting leadership in designing their organizational structure, clearly defining the organizational value proposition and competitive advantage, and fostering an environment to support employee engagement. Cheryl specializes in making process and culture change stick through organizational change management. 


Cheryl remains active in the field and up-to-date on the latest practices by lecturing in the Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Texas A&M University.


Cheryl brings her passion for employee engagement and development to delivering high-energy, high-impact workshops that get teams thinking and working differently.
